1- What is the "Lisim Keratin Treatment"?

It is a hair straightening method, compared to the traditional "progressive brush" also known as "Intelligent Brush". You can wash the hair a few minutes after completing the treatment, instead of the other treatments that require you to wait 3 days before washing your hair.

 

2- What are the advantages of the Lisim Keratin?

Lisim does not only straighten your hair, it also hydrates, softens, adds shine and gives back it's natural texture, because the keratin penetrates the hair cortex, treating from inside out.

 

3- What is the active ingredient of this product?

It's the oil extracted from the tung nut, which is found on the beaches of northern Brazil associated to the 2% of formaldehyde.
This oil has the same properties as the human keratin which is rich in omega 3, omega 6, vitamins A, E and F. We added to this

wonder of nature, high tech products as the collagen protein, hydrolyzed keratin, and silicones with low molecular weight. 

 

4- How long the result of Lisim Keratin treatment lasts?

On average it can last up to 3 months depending on the hair type and if it's maintened well. Use only no salt shampoo and

moisturizing conditioner.

 

5- How many applications do I get from a 33.8 oz bottle?

It can last for 14 to 20 applications in average, depending on the length and volume of the hair.

 

6- Does these products cause any irritation to the eyes or smell in the room?

If the professional hairdresser know how to apply it correctly, follow our application guide, wear gloves and works on a aired space,

these products will not cause any irritation or smell.

 

7- Can I apply Lisim Keratin the same day it has been colored, decolored or straightened?

Yes, without any collateral effects, you can apply Lisim Keratin the same day after having another treatment such as coloring,

decoloring, etc.

 

8- My hair has Tioglicolate and Henna, can I use the Lisim Keratin Treatment?

Yes, it is totally compatible.

 

9- If my hair has been treated, colored, straightened, or has any other kind of chemicals, can I do the Lisim Keratin without damaging

or breaking my hair?

Yes, you can. Lisim Keratin is totally compatible with any previous chemical treatment.

 

10- After doing the Lisim Keratin Treatment for the first time, when can I do it again?

You can repeat it as many times as you want, however being a chemical treatment like any other, you just have to check if your scalp

is not irritated.

 

11- I am an afro descendant, is the Lisim Treatment good for this type of hair?

Yes, this treatment is ideal for afro, bleached, colored, thick, very curly, virgin and much damaged hair.

 

12- How much of the product should I use?

Depends on the length of the hair, but with practice the good professional will know just the right amount that has to be applied, without excess. We recommend that the professional use 1.7 oz for a short hair, 2.0 oz for a medium hair and 2.5 oz. for a long hair.

 

13- Which type of flat iron should I use?

Always use a professional ceramic flat iron, never use metallic. It should maintain a temperature of 420o./450o. F grades.

 

14- After applying Lisim Keratin, do I have to maintain my hair with some kind of product?

It's very important to use a No Salt Shampoo because the salt open the cuticles and can damage the results of the Lisim Treatment. 

 

15- Can I perform this treatment on teenagers?

Yes, but we recommend that teenagers under the age of eighteen (18) should have a parental consent, preferably by writing.

 

16- Can I do the Lisim Keratin Treatment if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?

While there are known adverse effects, we recommend to consult a physician prior to any type of hair chemical treatment.
